Umikah is a unique combination of artisanal products. It was born out of inspiration and passion for the complex flavors of the world.
The recipes were developed a long time ago and, at the time, the sauces blew the mind of many away.
So then we thought: “Why not share this incredible story with the rest of the planet (who is eager to try our spreads and curds)?”
The flavor really comes through well. It’s the best passion fruit curd I’ve tried.
This is a yummy and succulent passion fruit curd to eat straight out the jar! Can probably spread over any favorite delicatessen dessert. I will place another order and attempt to make passion fruit cheese cake with it.

|How are they made?|
|Our products are made in small batches and with handcrafted quality. We make everything on-site at our kitchen in New York City. Every step during the production process is subjected to the highest possible standards to ensure the safety and superior quality of our products.|
|How should I store my spread?|
|We recommend storing our products in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight exposure. Initial refrigeration is not necessary but you must refrigerate Umikah’s spreads after opening.|
|How to eat Umikah?|
|You can eat in so many ways! Use our products as ingredients for baking or just spread over pancakes, ice cream, yogurt, cakes, cheeses, fruits, cookies, brownies, or straight out of the jar. Yum!!|
|What is Umikah?|
|Umikah is the brand name of the company. It doesn’t have a real meaning. We were doing a brainstorming one night with my daughter and the idea of Umikah was born. My daughter’s name is Uma and my son’s name is Micah so Umikah was the perfect name for the company.|
