Originally introduced as a limited release, Yuzu & Lime quickly became a customer favorite — eventually earning recognition as a SOFI™ Awards Finalist in 2026 — and again in 2027, a Finalist two years in a row and securing its place within our permanent collection.

The flavor was born after longtime customers repeatedly requested a lime curd. Rather than creating something conventional, we explored ways to elevate the familiar by pairing lime with Japanese yuzu — one of the most beloved citrus flavors within the UMIKAH collection.

The result is a silky curd that combines the floral elegance of yuzu with the fresh brightness of lime for a flavor that feels both refreshing and sophisticated.
