In 2027, Tropical Curd was named a SOFI™ Awards Finalist in the Spreads category by the Specialty Food Association — one of two UMIKAH products honored that year.

This flavor was inspired by memories of summers spent in the Caribbean, especially in the Dominican Republic, where tropical fruits felt abundant, vibrant, and deeply connected to everyday life.

We wanted to create a curd that captured that same vacation feeling — something that could instantly transport you to warmer weather, sunshine, and relaxed summer moments, even during cold New York winters.
